The conduct of work while creating a website

  1. Drafting a model agreement about technical specification development. In future, Customer's web-site will be  developed according to the technical specification.
  2. Payment for technical specification development, according to the technical specification development agreement.
  3. Technical specification development:
    Provides a plan for a high-quality website construction:                  
          о approximate website structure description; 
          о demands concerning design, style, and arrangement of basic website elements;
          о approximate construction of website’s main page;
          о website structure and functioning system description;
          о setting deadlines etc.
  4. Drafting a model contract for the development of the website (includes contract and applications - specification).
  5. Customer advance payment (50% of the total value of works based on the invoice).
  6. Development of website design solutions (within the typical contract, it means the creation of two different design concepts, more than two - for an extra fee).
  7. Website design confirmation.
  8. Site template creation, based on the approved design.
  9. Website management system connection and configuration.
  10. Filling the information materials (materials for the site content are provided by the customer).
  11. Website testing procedure.
  12. Signing the act of acceptance of works on a website.
  13. Payment of the remaining 50% based on the invoice.

Since our projects are tested on technological server first, and then, only after testing is complete, are transferred to the main technical (hosting) site, the customer is able to control the working process from the moment a template has been created. After creating a website we additionally provide the following services:

  • Drafting an agreement on technical support (hosting). The contract for site technical support describes the services provided to the Customer (hosting, setting up mailboxes, traffic, and re-registration of domain names, etc.). If the Customer needs to register a domain name, then the technical support agreement is concluded before the website construction works are done, so after creating the site will be available to Internet users at once.
  • Placing a website on a technical platform and configuration of services. If the website is located on a technical platform of our partners (UkrHosting), then the setting of databases and services are made for free.
  • Registration in search engines and website promotion (advertising) on the Internet. Setting counter. Registration in search engines, rating systems and catalogs through the Internet is made after the website is hosted on the main technical area.
